Bavarian Gator Brewing GmbH wurde von und für Leute gegründet, die das Abenteuer lieben. Für Menschen mit Appetit und Lust auf das Unbekannte und Unerwartete.
Wir sind eine ungewöhnliche Mischung aus Marktredwitz, GER und Gainesville, USA: Bierliebende Apotheker von University of Florida und ein Brauer mit Liebe zu Naturwissenschaften von der TU München in Weihenstephan.
Wir verkörpern das Wort UND: Naturwissenschaften und Handwerk, deutschen Traditionen und amerikanischer Kreativität. Höchste Qualitätsstandards und... naja viel Spaß und viel Vergnügen.

We are an unlikely blend of Marktredwitz and Gainesville: Beer-loving chemists from the University of Florida and a science-loving brewmaster from the Technical University of Munich in Weihenstephan.
We are disciples of AND: Science and craft. German heritage and American ingenuity. High standards and well, high fun.
We believe everyone deserves a flavorful beer and an equally flavorful life. We believe in celebrating over pints of golden goodness. We believe creativity and tradition can not only coexist, they can fall in love, get married and build the world’s most enchanting brewery.
